The VegasNow app: our casino on your Home Screen

The VegasNow app is our mobile casino website, opened in Safari or Chrome and saved to your Home Screen so it launches from an icon. There is no store app to install and no APK file to download. This page shows how to set it up on iPhone, iPad and Android, how to recognise fake versions, and what to do when something on your phone doesn't work.

VegasNow on your phone: the short version

People search for a VegasNow app expecting a download. What we actually offer is the full casino website, built to fit a phone screen, which you can pin as a Home Screen icon so it launches with one tap. This table sorts out what exists and what doesn't.

The upshot: nothing to install, nothing to update and no separate mobile account. Everything that matters, from your balance to bonus progress and limits, is held on your VegasNow account. The icon is just a faster door into it.

Can you download a VegasNow app from Apple or Google?

Not one we publish. A search for "VegasNow app" usually means one of three things: a store app, an Android installation file, or the mobile site saved as an icon. Only the third comes from us. Our account help describes playing through a mobile browser, and the phone lobby is a responsive version of the main site rather than a separate program.

That distinction is about safety, not wording. A listing or download page using our name, colours and logo proves nothing about who built it. The test is simple: if vegasnow.com doesn't link to it, treat it as unofficial and keep your login details well away from it.

Running in the browser has real advantages, too. Every change we make to the lobby reaches your phone the next time the page loads, so you never play on an out-of-date version, and almost no storage is used because no casino software sits on the device.

Putting a VegasNow icon on iPhone and iPad

Apple builds this into Safari. Any website can become a Home Screen icon, and you can choose to have it open full-screen with the browser controls tucked out of sight.

1. Open the real site in Safari

Tap our Play button. When the page settles, read the address bar: it should say vegasnow.com and nothing else.

2. Find Share

Tap the Share icon. On some iOS layouts it hides inside the page menu, so open that first and pick Share from there.

3. Choose Add to Home Screen

Scroll the list to find it. If a switch labelled Open as Web App appears, keep it on for a full-screen casino.

4. Confirm and test

Tap Add, then launch the new icon once to make sure it lands on vegasnow.com. Sign in there as normal.

On an iPad

Same idea, slightly different menu. Tap Share in Safari; if the Home Screen option isn't visible, look under More. The full-screen web-app switch behaves exactly as on iPhone. Labels can move between iPadOS versions, so search the menu for the words Home Screen if yours looks different. The icon lives on that one tablet only. It isn't a native iPad app and it doesn't make anything work offline.

Delete the icon whenever you like. Only the shortcut goes; your account, history and balance stay put.

Putting a VegasNow shortcut on Android

Chrome handles Android. Google treats a basic shortcut and an installable web app as two options, yet each one simply opens our mobile site, with no casino software involved.

  1. Open Chrome, follow our Play button and confirm the address reads vegasnow.com.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu beside the address bar.
  3. Choose Add to Home screen. Newer Chrome builds may file it under an install or create-shortcut entry; pick the shortcut.
  4. Give it a name you'll recognise, such as VegasNow, tap Add, then drag the icon wherever suits you.

Whatever browser you prefer, the order never changes: check the address first, save second.

How to spot a fake VegasNow app

Look-alike casino apps borrow names because names cost nothing to copy. These are the warning signs worth knowing before you tap anything.

It wants a file installed

Any APK, installer or "download now" button. We don't distribute one, so whatever it installs isn't ours.

The address is slightly off

Extra words, hyphens or an unfamiliar ending in place of vegasnow.com. Read it letter by letter before you sign in.

It offers an app-only deal

We run no separate app bonus and publish no secret codes. A "mobile exclusive" code from a third party is a lure, not an offer.

It asks for codes or card details up front

No genuine step in adding a Home Screen icon needs a one-time code, a card number or a payment.

Already typed your VegasNow password into something you now doubt? Act quickly. Open vegasnow.com in a normal browser tab, set a new password through Forgot Password on the Log In screen, and tell our team through live chat or [email protected] so the account can be checked. Then delete the suspect app or icon and save the real site again from a link you trust.

Logging in to VegasNow from your phone

Signing in on a phone works exactly as on a computer: the email address and password you registered with, entered on our Log In screen. There's no separate mobile account to create, and you shouldn't try. Our terms allow one account per person, and duplicates are one of the usual causes of a withheld bonus or a delayed payout.

Locked out by a forgotten password? Log In has a Forgot Password option, and we send the reset link to your registered email, so you'll need access to that inbox. Look in spam or filtered folders if it doesn't show up.

One quirk catches people out. A Home Screen web app can hold its own session, apart from your browser tab, so the icon may ask you to sign in even when your browser shows you as logged in. That's expected, not a fault. Our login page matches each error message to the right next step.

Pokies and live tables in the VegasNow mobile lobby

Your phone gets the full desktop catalogue, split into pokies, live casino and table games. Evolution, BGaming, Belatra, Novomatic and Pragmatic Play are among the studios we list, and on 3 November 2026 the lobby showed Crazy Time, Elvis Frog in Vegas, Book Of Ra Magic and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, among many others. The exact line-up depends on your region and account.

Pokies are light work for any recent phone. Live dealer tables and game shows send a continuous video stream, so connection quality matters far more than processor speed. If a live round stalls on mobile data, the cause is nearly always the signal rather than your account. Jot down the game name and the time, plus a round number if one is shown, then confirm your balance before betting again. Our live casino page explains how each table and show works.

Three habits help: stay on one network during a live round, turn to landscape for wide game layouts, and close other heavy apps if a pokie stutters.

The VegasNow cashier on a phone

The mobile cashier is our normal cashier, so methods and limits match desktop exactly. Here is each route from our AU payment tables (checked 3 November 2026), with both directions side by side.

MethodPaying inTaking out
Visa or MastercardA$30 to A$10,000Not in the withdrawal table
MiFinity e-walletA$30 to A$4,000A$30 to A$4,000
Cashtocode voucherA$25 to A$400Not in the withdrawal table
Inpay, PayAnyBank or wireNot in the deposit tableA$300 to A$6,000
Crypto: USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRP and moreEach coin has a minimum, e.g. 5 USDTEach coin has a range, e.g. from 20 USDT

PayID, POLi and Neosurf aren't in the AU deposit table, so don't expect them on your phone either.

A worked example. You want to pay in A$450 from your phone. A card fits and so does MiFinity, but Cashtocode doesn't, because its row stops at A$400. Now plan the way out: if you later hold an A$220 balance, the bank routes stay closed until you reach A$300, while MiFinity or crypto can take it. Two more rules apply. Every method has to be registered in your name, and each deposit needs three times its value in bets before money linked to it can leave, so that A$450 carries A$1,350 of turnover. We may ask for ID before paying out, and bigger amounts can arrive in instalments. Our payments page has the full detail.

VegasNow bonuses on mobile: no separate app offer

We don't run an app-only bonus. Whatever you claim on a phone is the same offer you'd claim on a laptop, starting with the welcome package: up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins spread over four deposits.

Code to enterMatch on that depositSpins
No code (first deposit)150%, capped at A$1,500200
VEGAS2 (second deposit)100%, capped at A$2,00050
VEGAS3 (third deposit)50%, capped at A$2,00050
VEGAS4 (fourth deposit)25%, capped at A$2,500200

The usual conditions come along. Each offer needs at least A$20, though your method may ask for more (A$30 on a card). Wagering is 40× on the bonus amount and on winnings from the spins, with seven days to complete it. Bets are capped at A$8 while you wager, cash-outs from one offer at A$5,000, and winnings from welcome spins at A$300. Only a single bonus runs at any time, for casino and live casino play.

Typing a code on a small keyboard is where mobile claims go wrong. Say your second deposit is A$65 with VEGAS2. Entered correctly, it adds an A$65 bonus and 50 spins, and the bonus needs A$2,600 of wagering (40 × A$65). Check the bonus shows in your account before you play. Our weekly line-up, Tuesday's Lucky 7s Load Up included, runs on phones as well; the bonuses page lists it.

Home Screen icon or browser tab?

Both open the same VegasNow site, so the choice comes down to habit.

Our suggestion: use the icon day to day, and switch to a normal tab whenever something looks odd, because the visible address bar makes it easy to confirm you're on vegasnow.com.

Is VegasNow on mobile safe?

The icon opens the same licensed site you'd reach on a desktop. The licence behind it, OGL/2024/164/0246, belongs to Just Entertainment B.V. and has been in force with the Curaçao Gaming Authority since 13 August 2024. The regulator's certificate page names vegasnow.com among its approved domains, and our licensing page walks through that record.

Phone security is partly in your hands. Sign in only on vegasnow.com, never pass a one-time code to anyone who contacts you, keep your phone's software current and lock the screen, especially if others use the device.

A phone is always within reach, which is a good reason to set limits early. Deposit limits and self-exclusion sit in your VegasNow account and work the same on every device. Accounts are for adults 18 and over. If gambling is hurting you or someone close, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 (free, confidential, any hour), and see our responsible gambling page for how each account tool works.

VegasNow mobile site not working? Quick fixes

What you seeTry this first
The page won't loadOpen vegasnow.com in a fresh Safari or Chrome tab, then switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Login is rejectedMatch the exact error on our login page and use Forgot Password; don't open a second account
A game hangs on its loading screenNote the title and studio, then open a different game to tell a game fault from a connection fault
A deposit shows as pendingCheck the transaction status before paying again
The icon opens the wrong siteDelete it and save the site again from our Play button
Text is too small to readUse the browser's zoom or text-size setting rather than squinting through a form

The key is pinning down where the task stopped. A page that never opens, a refused password and one game that won't start are three separate problems with three separate fixes. If you already pressed a payment or account button, find out whether it went through before pressing it again.

Hold off on drastic steps while something is unresolved. Wiping site data, swapping devices or resubmitting the same form several times makes it harder to show support what happened. Record the error, the time and the screen first.

Reporting a mobile problem to VegasNow support

Our team answers through live chat inside the casino and by email at [email protected]. A complete first message saves a round of questions. The table shows the sort of detail that helps; it isn't taken from a real case.

DetailWhat to include
Your devicePhone or tablet model, its OS version, and which browser and version you use
The screen involvedSign-in, cashier, ID upload, or the game by name
What went wrongAn empty area, the error text word for word, a page that keeps redirecting, or a button that won't respond
Timing and numbersLocal time and time zone, with any payment, round or case number you were given

Crop any screenshots so passwords, codes and unrelated personal details stay hidden, and keep the conversation in one thread rather than starting over in several channels. Our support page lists every contact route.

VegasNow app: questions and answers

How do I download the VegasNow app?

There's nothing to download. Open vegasnow.com in Safari or Chrome and pin it to your Home Screen; the icon then opens the casino like an app.

Is the VegasNow icon free?

Completely. Nothing is bought or installed. Deposits, bonus conditions and any provider fees are the same as on a computer.

Is there a special bonus for playing on mobile?

No. We don't run app-only offers. The four-stage welcome package with codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 is the same on every device.

Do I need a separate account for my phone?

No. Use your existing email and password. A second account breaks the one-per-person rule in our terms and tends to delay bonuses and payouts.

I'm signed in on Chrome, so why does the icon want my password?

A saved web app can keep its own session, apart from the browser. Logging in once inside the icon is expected and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Can I play VegasNow offline?

No. The icon loads the live site, so account services, pokies and live streams all need an internet connection.

The site won't load on my phone. Should I install an APK instead?

No. We don't supply an APK, and installing a casino-labelled file won't fix a browser problem. Try a fresh tab, switch networks, then contact support with the details.

Can I pay with PayID on the VegasNow mobile site?

PayID isn't in our AU deposit table, and neither are POLi or Neosurf. The listed options are card, MiFinity, Cashtocode and a range of cryptocurrencies.

A deposit screen froze halfway. What now?

Don't pay again yet. Look at your balance and the transaction status, and keep any error message; a frozen screen can't tell you whether the first request arrived.

How do I remove the VegasNow icon?

Delete it as you would any Home Screen icon. That removes only the shortcut; your account and balance are untouched.

Can I set deposit limits from my phone?

Yes. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are in your VegasNow account and apply on every device you use.
