VegasNow withdrawals from Australia, stage by stage

Getting money out of your VegasNow account comes down to four things: the route, its per-request range, the account caps and the checks that happen before a payout. This page works through each one with the published figures and examples you can follow on paper. Play only if you are 18+, and treat gambling as entertainment rather than a way to earn.

VegasNow withdrawals at a glance

Everything here is drawn from the withdrawal tab of our Australian Payments page, our withdrawal FAQ and the English account terms, as they stood on 3 November 2026. Inside your account, the cashier and the terms shown there take priority over this summary.

How a VegasNow payout moves: four stages

You submit

The request is made from My Account. It receives a reference and a timestamp; write both down, with the UTC time if the screen shows it.

We review

The account is checked for deposit turnover, any active bonus, the caps and, where we have asked for them, documents. A request waiting on information is paused, not lost.

We send

Once approved, the payment leaves us. Ask for the payment reference that identifies the transfer, because that is what your bank or wallet will recognise.

Your provider receives

The bank, MiFinity or the blockchain completes the last step on its own timetable, which sits outside our cashier.

“Processing” can describe any of the middle stages, so on its own it rarely answers the useful question. Ask which of the four the request has reached, what is still outstanding and when that status was recorded. The answer tells you who to ask next.

AUD withdrawal routes and how a balance fits them

Four fiat rows sit on the AU withdrawal tab. The three bank routes share one range, while MiFinity has both a lower floor and a lower ceiling. Each range applies to a single request; the account caps are a separate layer explained further down.

RouteRange per requestWith a A$160 balanceWith a A$5,200 balance
InpayA$300 to A$6,000Under the floorFits in one request
PayAnyBankA$300 to A$6,000Under the floorFits in one request
WireA$300 to A$6,000Under the floorFits in one request
MiFinityA$30 to A$4,000Fits in one requestNeeds two or more, such as A$4,000 then A$1,200

The deposit tab’s opening line is repeated above the withdrawal rows, so take payout figures from the withdrawal rows only. Credit card and Cashtocode do not appear on this tab at all. Our FAQ points payouts back to the method used for the deposit where it can, so if you paid in by card or voucher, ask our support team which exit you will be offered before you request one. Between the three bank rows, the published figures are identical, so the choice usually comes down to which one the cashier offers your account and which your bank handles without fuss.

Crypto payouts from VegasNow: the ten coin ranges

Each coin is limited in its own units rather than converted into Australian dollars, so the AUD value of a floor or a ceiling shifts with the market. We list the rows alphabetically by ticker.

TickerLowest requestHighest request
ADAFrom 2 ADAUp to 460,000 ADA
BCHFrom 0.001 BCHUp to 15 BCH
BNBFrom 0.01 BNBUp to 24 BNB
BTCFrom 0.0002 BTCUp to 0.12 BTC
DOGEFrom 0.01 DOGEUp to 20,000,000 DOGE
ETHFrom 0.002 ETHUp to 20 ETH
LTCFrom 0.01 LTCUp to 200 LTC
TRXFrom 10 TRXUp to 225,000 TRX
USDTFrom 20 USDTUp to 4,000 USDT
XRPFrom 0.001 XRPUp to 5,000 XRP

Three things stand out. The exit floors are not the entry floors: Bitcoin needs 0.0002 to leave against 0.0001 to arrive, and USDT 20 against 5, as our payments page shows side by side. The ceilings also matter for larger balances: 0.3 BTC would take at least three requests at the 0.12 BTC limit (0.12 + 0.12 + 0.06). And because the account caps are written in Australian dollars, ask us how they are measured against a request made in a coin.

Match the network as well as the coin. Give an address you control, on the network shown in the cashier beside that coin, and check the first and last characters before you confirm.

VegasNow withdrawal caps run on UTC, not Sydney time

Our English terms set withdrawal caps by calendar period, measured in Coordinated Universal Time from 00:00 to 23:59. These are the published figures. Your payment method may add restrictions of its own, your account may carry individual terms that set different figures, and no cap tells you when money will arrive.

Period (UTC)Published cap
DayA$6,000
WeekA$12,000
MonthA$42,000

Which cap actually binds

The three caps do not scale evenly. The weekly figure equals just two days at the daily maximum (2 × A$6,000 = A$12,000), so a large balance meets the weekly cap after two full days. Four full weeks at the weekly cap would come to A$48,000, more than the A$42,000 monthly figure, so across a whole month the monthly cap is the tighter one. If a request falls near the end of a week, ask us which day the UTC week begins.

Local time at which a new UTC day starts

Where you areNew UTC day begins, standard timeDuring daylight saving
Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart10:00 am11:00 am
Brisbane10:00 am10:00 am, no daylight saving
Adelaide9:30 am10:30 am
Darwin9:30 am9:30 am, no daylight saving
Perth8:00 am8:00 am, no daylight saving

So in Melbourne during daylight saving, a request at 10:30 am and another at 9:00 pm on the same local date land on different UTC days: the first at 23:30 UTC on the previous date, the second at 10:00 UTC. Jot down both clocks for every request: the local time and the UTC date.

Verification and KYC: share what is asked, nothing more

We can ask for identity and payment documents, and our FAQ treats verification as a requirement before withdrawals, so a first payout is a common moment for the request. Opening an account and verifying it are separate steps; our registration page explains the split.

  • Send documents through the upload area inside your VegasNow account and nowhere else: not by direct message, and not to a page that merely looks like ours.
  • Unsure what a request means? Check which details have to be readable, which can be blacked out, and the reason we need that file.
  • Save a copy of everything you upload, along with our confirmation that it arrived.
  • No real check will ever ask for your password or a login code.
  • The receiving bank account or wallet has to be in the account holder’s name, matching the person verified.

Being asked for a document starts a step; it does not set a deadline. Find out what remains and how completion will be confirmed to you. If a reply only restates a general policy, respond with the request reference and the exact point still unanswered.

Account conditions that can hold back a VegasNow balance

The figure on screen and the amount you can withdraw are not always the same. A cash balance, a bonus balance and the withdrawable amount can each differ, and the reason is usually one of the following.

Deposit turnover

Terms v2.3 (20 January 2024) ask for three times each deposit in stakes before that deposit’s funds become withdrawable. Short of that, a payout may be turned down, or a processing fee taken. A A$55 deposit, for instance, needs A$165 of stakes. This rule sits outside any bonus.

An active bonus

A running offer brings its own wagering, clock and caps, covered in the bonus section below.

Ownership and one account

Under the same terms, one person may hold one account unless we specifically instruct otherwise, and every payment method has to be in the holder’s own name.

Dormancy

After 120 inactive days, terms v2.3 class an account as dormant, and from then a charge of EUR 10 a month can apply for as long as money sits in it. A separate operator PDF for Australia says 12 months instead. The two documents conflict, so ask which applies to your account if you plan a long break.

When something is holding a balance, ask us to name the condition and the clause behind it. Please do not deposit again or keep playing to unlock it. If a delay or a loss is weighing on you, you can ring Gambling Help Online at any hour on 1800 858 858.

Minimum withdrawal and fees at VegasNow

The smallest fiat payout is A$30 by MiFinity; the bank routes start at A$300. Coins have their own floors, ranging from 0.001 XRP to 20 USDT. Our entry-page FAQ mentions a general “$20 or currency equivalent”, but the method rows are more specific, so plan with those.

Balance to withdrawFiat routes that can take it in one request
A$25None: below the A$30 MiFinity floor, so only a coin above its own floor could carry it
A$160MiFinity only
A$2,700MiFinity or any of the three bank routes
A$4,800A bank route only, as MiFinity stops at A$4,000
A$6,500None: above every per-request ceiling and the A$6,000 daily cap, so at least two requests on two UTC days

On cost, the operator fee label reads “Free” on every row. Even so, the account terms make room for charges from intermediary banks and for differences caused by currency conversion, and any fee your own provider applies to a payout is yours to bear, per our FAQ. The one charge of ours spelled out in the terms is the possible processing fee where the 3× deposit turnover is incomplete. Caps limit amounts rather than costing anything, and the “Instant” label describes the cashier row, not the moment money lands.

Worked example: a A$8,700 VegasNow withdrawal

Suppose a A$220 MiFinity deposit, no bonus taken, and a balance that later stands at A$8,700. The published conditions apply in this order.

  1. Deposit turnover. A$220 × 3 = A$660 of stakes must already have been placed, or the request can be refused or charged a processing fee.
  2. Verification. If we have asked for documents, they need to be supplied and acknowledged.
  3. Route. The deposit went in by MiFinity, which is on the withdrawal tab, so it is the natural way back. A bank route would need confirming with support first.
  4. Size. A$8,700 is above both per-request ceilings and above the A$6,000 daily cap, so it cannot all leave on one UTC day.
PlanRequestsUTC day oneUTC day twoCaps check
MiFinity onlyA$4,000, A$4,000 and A$700A$4,000 + A$700 = A$4,700A$4,000Two A$4,000 requests on day one would make A$8,000, over the daily cap
Bank route, if confirmedA$6,000 and A$2,700A$6,000A$2,700Day one sits exactly at the daily cap

Either plan totals A$8,700 for the week, under the A$12,000 weekly cap. If a further A$4,000 were then requested in the same UTC week, the total would reach A$12,700, A$700 over that cap, so the new request would not fit in full until the next UTC week. Our FAQ also allows for larger sums to be split into instalments, so a schedule like this is the rules working as written, not a sign of trouble.

What a VegasNow timing estimate should cover

No single payout time covers every request, and an estimate only helps if you know what it measures. Ask three things: which stage it times (our checks, the moment the payment is sent, or arrival with your bank or wallet), whether it is counted in calendar days or banking days, and what could change it.

If a promised update date passes, reply in the same case, quote that date, and ask why it slipped and when the next update is due. Keep the original submission time alongside the latest reply. Switching methods or depositing again will not clear an open withdrawal; it only gives you a second thing to track.

Bonus winnings and the amount you can withdraw

Bonus terms add limits of their own, separate from the method rows and the account caps. While a deposit bonus is active, it carries 40× wagering within seven days and an A$8 maximum bet. Each offer has a A$5,000 ceiling on what can be cashed out from it, and welcome-spin winnings stop at A$300. Our general terms set the same A$5,000 figure as the default for deposit-bonus winnings, so the cap is not unique to the welcome package.

A worked case: a A$450 third deposit with VEGAS3 earns a 50% bonus of A$225, which needs A$9,000 of wagering (A$225 × 40). At A$6 a spin on a fully contributing pokie, that is 1,500 spins inside the seven days. The deposit itself still needs A$1,350 of turnover under the account rule. If the balance after clearing were A$6,300, the A$5,000 cap would apply to the bonus winnings within it. Our documents do not set out the split between deposit money and bonus winnings in a combined balance, so ask which part we count as bonus winnings, and do it before the request goes in.

Spins work the same way in miniature. If the 200 first-stage spins returned A$410 in winnings, those winnings would carry 40× wagering, and even after it was cleared, only A$300 of them could be cashed out. You may turn a bonus down under our general terms, but ask first what that does to the funds attached to it. Our welcome bonus page lists all four stages.

Before you press withdraw: a VegasNow checklist

  • Has each deposit been turned over three times?
  • Is a bonus still running, and do you know its caps?
  • If we asked for documents, have they been supplied and acknowledged?
  • Is the amount inside the route’s range: A$300 to A$6,000 for a bank route, A$30 to A$4,000 for MiFinity, or the coin’s own range?
  • Is the destination in your own name, and on the right network for a coin?
  • Does the total for the UTC day, week and month stay within A$6,000, A$12,000 and A$42,000?
  • Have you noted the reference, amount, status and time before closing the page?

A single “no” is worth settling with support before you submit, because a request that fails one condition usually comes back to the same point anyway. Signing in from a new device? Our login page covers access problems.

VegasNow withdrawals: questions and answers

How long does a VegasNow withdrawal take?

No single time covers every request. The cashier labels each row “Instant”, but our review, any document check and your provider’s own processing all sit between the request and your money. Ask which stage an estimate refers to.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

A$30 on MiFinity, A$300 on the three bank routes, and a coin-specific floor for crypto, 20 for USDT and 0.0002 for Bitcoin among them.

Is there a daily limit on VegasNow payouts?

Yes. In the terms we checked, a UTC day allows up to A$6,000, a UTC week A$12,000 and a calendar month A$42,000, although individual terms on an account can set other figures. Separately, a single bank request tops out at A$6,000 and a MiFinity one at A$4,000.

Does VegasNow charge withdrawal fees?

Every row is labelled “Free”. Intermediary banks, currency conversion and your own provider can still take something, and a processing fee is possible where a deposit’s 3× turnover is incomplete.

Why has my withdrawal been paid in instalments?

Our FAQ warns that a big payout can arrive in several instalments, and the day, week and month caps can also spread one across several UTC days. Ask support for the schedule that applies.

Can I withdraw to my credit card?

Cards are not on the AU withdrawal tab. Payouts go back to the deposit method where possible, so before you request one, check with support how a card-funded account is paid out.

Will VegasNow ask for ID before paying out?

Yes. Our FAQ says verification is required before withdrawals. Upload documents only through the secure route in your account and keep the acknowledgement.

My withdrawal is pending: what should I do?

Note when it became pending, ask whether it is waiting on review, documents or transfer, and keep every reply in the same case. Do not deposit again to move it along.
