Open your VegasNow account: registration from Australia, field by field
Joining VegasNow takes one form and a few minutes, yet what you type stays on your account for good. Here we walk through eligibility, each field, the password and inbox you will rely on, when verification comes in and why the welcome package is a separate choice. You must be 18 or over to register.

VegasNow sign-up at a glance
Opening an account is the first of several separate steps, and you can stop after any of them. The table shows what each one involves and the choice it leaves with you.
| Stage | What happens | What you decide |
|---|---|---|
| Eligibility | Adults 18+, acting for themselves, with accurate details and a single account each | Whether you already hold an account |
| The form | Join Now asks for details about you, your country, a currency and your birth date | Which email and which currency to use |
| Terms | Displayed with the form | Whether to accept them, after reading |
| Confirmation | A welcome email goes to the address you entered | Keep it with your records |
| Deposit page | The cashier opens and the welcome package is presented | Whether to deposit now, and whether to take a bonus |
| Verification | Requested later, often before a first withdrawal | Have documents that match what you typed |
Before the form: VegasNow eligibility and the one-account rule
Our terms decide who can hold an account. You need to be 18 or over, open it for yourself rather than for somebody else, supply truthful details and play only where you are allowed to. The form offering Australia and AUD shows what it supports; it is not a ruling on your eligibility. Our licensing page sets out the Australian position.
The second rule trips up returning players. One account per person is the standard, unless we expressly instruct otherwise. If you joined at some point with an older email address, recover that account through our login page or ask support to look it up. A fresh registration made to dodge a forgotten password or a typo tends to create a second problem, because duplicates can stall bonuses and payouts.
Joining VegasNow in four steps
Arrive on the genuine page
Use our Register button. Once the casino loads, the address bar should show vegasnow.com before you type a single detail.
Choose Join Now and complete the form
Enter each field as it appears on your ID and your payment method. Accuracy now saves a correction request later.
Read the terms before you tick
Open the general terms and the bonus terms. Note the operator named in them, Just Entertainment B.V., and save a copy.
Submit once, then check your inbox
Press submit a single time and wait. A welcome email should reach the address you used. Screenshot any on-screen status message.
Our FAQ describes the deposit page appearing straight after the welcome email. You are free to close it and come back another day. The account exists either way.
The VegasNow registration form, field by field
Every entry on the form is used again, sometimes months later. Here is what each one feeds into.
| Field | What to enter | Where it matters later |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | One only you can open, and one you expect to keep for years | Password resets, account notices and every support reply |
| Password | Long, random and new to this account | The only thing standing between a stranger and your balance |
| Personal details | Exactly as printed on your identity documents | Compared with your documents at verification |
| Country | Your country of residence | Decides eligibility and which terms apply |
| Currency | AUD if you plan to play in Australian dollars | Deposit floors, withdrawal ranges and account caps are all read in it |
| Date of birth | Day, month and year in the right order | The 18+ check and identity matching |
| Terms acceptance | Only after reading them | The rules your account runs under |
| Promotion choice | Optional | A separate decision from opening the account |
Think twice about a work email, which disappears with the job, or a household inbox, which shows your reset links to everyone who reads it. Changing a field after submission is a support request rather than a quick edit, so slow down on the name and the birth date in particular.
Protecting a new VegasNow account from day one
An account with nothing in it is the easiest one to secure, so do it now rather than after the first deposit.
- Generate the password. A password manager can create a long random string you never have to remember or reuse.
- Harden the email account. Resets travel there, so it needs a strong password of its own and the two-step protection your provider offers.
- Mind the device. Register on a phone or computer you control, not one in a shared office.
- Keep secrets secret. Our staff will never ask you for a password or a one-time code, at sign-up or at any point afterwards.
Our Instagram profile, @vegasnowcasino, is for public posts. Questions about a new account belong in live chat or an email to [email protected].
Spotting a fake VegasNow sign-up form
A counterfeit registration page is more dangerous than a fake login screen, because it can collect your name, date of birth and address as well as a password. Before you type anything, run these checks:
- The address bar shows vegasnow.com, spelled correctly, with no extra words.
- You got there from our button or your own bookmark, not from a link in a text message or a direct message.
- The form sticks to who you are, where you live, your currency and your birth date. Card details come later, in the cashier, not on the sign-up form.
- Nothing asks you to download an installer or enable unknown sources.
- The public validator at cert.cga.cw shows the domain you are on among those approved under our licence.
If any check fails, close the tab. Should you realise afterwards that you filled in a doubtful form, change any password you used there and tell our support team which address it was. Our legitimacy page has more on the ownership record.
VegasNow verification and KYC come later
Creating an account and verifying it happen at different times. Know-your-customer (KYC) checks let us tie the account to a real, named adult and confirm that the cards or wallets on it belong to that adult. A request can arrive at any time, though the first withdrawal is a typical trigger. A registration that went through smoothly does not mean those checks are done.
When a request appears, sign in and open the Documents area in your profile, where uploads and their status are shown. Read the request carefully: it decides which documents are needed, and there is no fixed universal list or approval deadline. If you are unsure what must be visible on a file, ask before uploading.
- An upload is not the same as an approval. Check the status afterwards and ask what is still outstanding.
- Keep the original request and its reference so a later answer can be tied to the right case.
- Send identity files only through the secure route we give you, never to a social account or an unfamiliar address.
- If a document shows a different address or name spelling from the form, mention it up front rather than waiting for a rejection.
Currency and your first payment method at VegasNow
The currency you pick is the yardstick for every later transaction, and the method you plan to use sets the real minimum. The deposit list and the withdrawal list are not the same either.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | A$30 to A$10,000 | Not offered as a payout route in the AU table | Our FAQ says payouts go back to the deposit method where applicable; ask which route covers a card deposit |
| MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 | A$30 to A$4,000 | Identical range in and out; the wallet must be yours |
| Cashtocode | From A$25 (A$400 ceiling in the table row) | Not listed | Deposit only |
| Inpay, PayAnyBank, bank wire | Not listed | A$300 to A$6,000 | Bank-style payouts begin at A$300 |
| Crypto: Bitcoin, Ether, USDT, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin and more | A minimum for each coin, e.g. USDT 5, BTC 0.0001 | Each coin has its own range, e.g. USDT 20 to 4,000, BTC 0.0002 to 0.12 | Measured in the coin itself, not in A$ |
| PayID, POLi, Neosurf | Absent from the AU cashier | Absent from the AU cashier | A page offering them for VegasNow is not describing our site |
Worked example: an A$65 MiFinity start
Say you deposit A$65 through MiFinity and take no bonus. Our terms (version 2.3) require each deposit to be turned over three times before the related funds can come out, so that is A$195 of bets first; skip it and a refusal or processing fee is possible. If your balance later stands at A$140, MiFinity can carry it, because its floor is A$30, while a bank wire cannot, because its floor is A$300. If the balance instead reaches A$4,700, it is above MiFinity's A$4,000 ceiling, so you would split it, say A$4,000 and A$700. Both fit inside the A$6,000 cap per UTC day listed in the checked terms, and large amounts may still be paid in instalments. Details sit on our payments page.
The VegasNow welcome package is optional
The first thing the deposit page shows is our four-deposit welcome package, worth up to A$8,000 with 500 free spins. It helps to know its shape before you get there, so the deposit stays a separate decision.
| Deposit | Match | Bonus cap | Free spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 150% | A$1,500 | 200 | None needed |
| 2nd | 100% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS2 |
| 3rd | 50% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS3 |
| 4th | 25% | A$2,500 | 200 | VEGAS4 |
The conditions carry more weight than the headline:
- A$20 minimum per offer, or more if your payment method's floor is higher.
- Bonus funds and free-spin winnings each need 40× turnover, completed within seven days.
- Stakes are capped at A$8 while the bonus is live, and cash-outs at A$5,000 per offer; welcome spin winnings stop at A$300.
- The spins arrive only after the deposit itself has been wagered once.
- Bonuses run one at a time, on casino and live casino games, never on sports.
- Pokies count in full (100%, with exceptions), roulette counts a quarter (25%), blackjack and game shows 10% each, and baccarat nothing at all (0%).
Worked example: two first deposits compared
An A$55 first deposit earns A$82.50 in bonus funds (150% of A$55) and a wagering target of A$3,300 (40 × A$82.50). At A$2 a spin, that is 1,650 spins inside seven days, and the 200 free spins unlock once the A$55 itself has been played through once. An A$450 deposit earns A$675, but the target jumps to A$27,000, which at the full A$8 cap still means at least 3,375 bets in a week. A bigger deposit buys a bigger bonus and a much heavier workload.
You are entitled to turn a bonus down under our general terms. If you would rather keep your first deposit free of wagering, decline when the cashier offers it and jot down the date. Each stage is broken down on our welcome bonus page.
When VegasNow registration stalls
Work out where the process stopped before doing anything else, and above all avoid submitting a second form while the first one is uncertain.
| Where it stopped | Likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A field is flagged and the form will not submit | A format issue or a blank required field | Read the note beside the field, correct it and submit once |
| The form reports the email address as taken | You probably joined before | Run Forgot Password for that address |
| Submitted, but no welcome email | A typo in the address, or spam filtering | Search spam and other folders, then ask us to confirm if the account was set up |
| The page froze after you pressed submit | No way of telling if it went through | Hold off on a second form; try the sign-in screen first, then ask support |
| A document request shows up early | Verification, which can come at any time | Upload through the Documents area and ask what is needed |
Send the details through live chat or to [email protected], filling in the brackets yourself:
I pressed submit on the Join Now form at [time and time zone] using [email address]. The screen then showed [exact message or nothing]. [I have / I have not] received a welcome email. Please confirm whether an account now exists under that address and what my next step is.
Leave your password out of it. We publish no fixed reply time, so hold on to the case reference and post follow-ups in the same thread.
A pre-submit checklist for your VegasNow registration
Run through this list in the thirty seconds before you press submit. Each line prevents a problem that otherwise shows up weeks later.
- The address bar still reads vegasnow.com.
- Your name matches your ID and the card or wallet you will use.
- The birth date reads day, month, year as intended.
- Country and currency are set to where you live and AUD, if that is how you plan to play.
- The email is one you control alone, and you can open it right now.
- The password came from a password manager and is saved there.
- You have read the terms, not just ticked the box.
- You know whether you want the welcome package, and how much you plan to deposit, before the cashier opens.
If any line gives you pause, fix it now. A form left half-complete costs nothing; a wrong detail on a live account costs a support case.
Registering with VegasNow from Australia: licence, age and limits
The operator behind VegasNow is Just Entertainment B.V., registered in Curaçao as company 160603. Its gaming licence, number OGL/2024/164/0246, was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 13 August 2024, and the public record lists it as Active. Keep the company name with your welcome email; it is the entity any formal query would go to.
You must be 18 or older to register. One more decision belongs before the first deposit rather than after it: how much you are willing to spend. Pick your figure first, for instance A$320 across a month, then set a deposit limit in your account to match the options it offers. Self-exclusion sits in the same place, or support can apply it for you. BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, covers Australian-licensed wagering providers, so use our in-account tools for this account as well. Confidential help is a phone call away at Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858, and our responsible gambling page sets out the options.
Six VegasNow sign-up errors that cost time later
- A name that will not match your card or wallet. Payment methods have to be in your own name, and a mismatch usually surfaces at verification.
- Day and month swapped in the date of birth. Documents are checked against it later, and correcting it is a support case.
- An email address you are about to lose. Resets and notices go nowhere once the inbox closes.
- Skipping the address check on a page reached from a search result or a message.
- Hunting for a store app. Neither store lists a verified VegasNow app, and there is no APK; the site runs in your browser and can be pinned to your Home Screen, as our mobile page explains.
- Staking above A$8 with the welcome bonus live. The cap applies from your very first round.
VegasNow sign-up: questions and answers
Must I make a deposit straight after signing up?
No. The deposit page appears after the welcome email, but your account exists whether or not you fund it. You can close the cashier and return whenever you choose.
Is the welcome bonus compulsory?
No. You may decline any bonus under our general terms. Decide at the deposit step, and keep a note if you decline, so your balance carries no bonus wagering.
Does registering verify my account?
No. Verification is a separate step that we may request at any time, often before a first withdrawal. You will upload the requested documents through the Documents area in your profile.
I typed my date of birth wrongly. Can I change it?
Contact support and explain the error. Corrections to the account record go through our team, not through a profile edit. Please do not open a second account to fix it.
I may have joined years ago. Should I register again?
Check first. Try Forgot Password with any address you might have used, or ask support to search. Our terms allow one account per person, so recovering the old one is the right route.
Which company am I opening an account with?
Just Entertainment B.V., the Curaçao company (number 160603) named on our gaming licence, OGL/2024/164/0246. The same name appears on the terms displayed with the form.
Can my VegasNow account be held in Australian dollars?
Yes. Both Australia and AUD are options on the form. Picking AUD is not proof of eligibility, though; you still need to be 18+ and meet our account terms.
How low can a qualifying first deposit be?
Each welcome offer needs at least A$20, but your method may ask for more: cards and MiFinity need A$30, Cashtocode A$25. Crypto floors differ by coin, USDT 5 being one example.
Can I sign up through a VegasNow app?
No verified store app or APK exists. Registration happens on our website in any browser, and on a phone you can pin the site to your Home Screen afterwards.
What if I change my mind soon after opening the account?
Ask support in plain words to close the account, or to apply self-exclusion if that is the reason, and request written confirmation of what the closure covers and when it takes effect.
