VegasNow login for Australia: sign in, reset and recover
One registered email and one password open your VegasNow account, on any device. This page covers the sign-in itself, the Forgot Password route, what each error usually means, how to confirm a page really belongs to us and what to send support if you are still locked out. Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over.

VegasNow login: the essentials before you start
Signing in should take seconds. When it does not, the cause is nearly always the wrong page, details that do not match the account record, or an account status no password can change.
| Question | Short answer |
|---|---|
| Where does my account live? | On vegasnow.com, which our Log In button opens. Read the address bar before you type anything. |
| What do I sign in with? | The email address and password you set when you joined. |
| I have lost my password | Choose Log In, then Forgot Password. A reset link goes to the inbox on your account. |
| Can I hold two accounts? | No. Our general terms allow one account per person unless we expressly say otherwise. |
| Phone or tablet? | Use the mobile browser or a Home Screen icon saved from it. There is no store app and no APK. |
| Who helps if it still fails? | Live chat on the casino site, or [email protected]. |
| Age limit | 18+ only, with no exceptions. |
Signing in to VegasNow, one step at a time
Reach the real screen
Press our Log In button or open a bookmark you saved yourself. When the page settles, look at the address bar. It should read vegasnow.com. If it reads anything else, stop there.
Pick Log In and fill both fields
Type the email exactly as registered, then the current password. If your password manager suddenly offers nothing on a page you have used many times, treat that silence as a reason to recheck the address.
Two misses, then switch
If the right email and your best guess fail twice, move to Forgot Password. A third or fourth attempt rarely helps, and a long string of failed tries makes the timeline harder for our team to follow later.
Look around once you are in
Glance at your balance, any bonus that is running and your profile, where a document request may be waiting. Knowing all three before you open a game saves surprises.
One rule starts as soon as you reach the lobby: with a bonus running, stakes are capped at A$8 per bet. The sign-in screen will not remind you.
Is this a genuine VegasNow page? Checking before you type
Copy sites borrow logos, colours and even our wording. The address is the part that is hard to fake, and a fake sign-in page needs only your email and password to do damage. Run through these checks every time you arrive from somewhere unfamiliar.
| Check | What you should see | Treat as a warning |
|---|---|---|
| Address bar | vegasnow.com, spelled exactly | Extra words, hyphens, odd endings or a domain you have never used |
| How you arrived | Our Log In button or your own bookmark | A link in an SMS, a direct message or an unexpected bonus email |
| What the form asks for | Your email and password | A card number, a one-time code or ID documents just to sign in |
| Downloads | None; the casino runs in your browser | A prompt to install an APK or allow unknown sources |
| Licence | The Curaçao Gaming Authority validator lists the approved domains for licence OGL/2024/164/0246 | A seal or badge that does not open the cert.cga.cw record |
The public licence validator shows which domains sit under our licence. Typed your password somewhere suspicious? Set a new one on the real screen, replace it wherever else you reused it, and tell support the address. Our legitimacy page covers ownership.
Forgot your VegasNow password? Resetting it the clean way
The reset tool sits on the sign-in screen itself, so a forgotten password seldom needs a ticket. The sequence is short:
- On the genuine screen, open Log In and select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address registered to your account and note the time of the request.
- Open the reset email and follow its link to choose a new password. If you asked more than once, use the newest message, because earlier links may no longer work.
- Sign in with the new password, then update the saved entry in your password manager so the old one stops filling in.
The reset email has not turned up
Check that you are reading the inbox you registered with, not a newer one, then search spam, junk, promotions tabs and forwarding rules. A typo on the reset form is another frequent cause. If nothing arrives after a fair wait, give support the time of your request.
You can no longer open the registered inbox
That is a separate problem from a forgotten password, because the reset link has nowhere to land. Tell our team by live chat or email that the inbox is gone and ask how recovery works in your case. Changing the email on the record is something only we can do, and we may ask you to confirm your identity through a secure route first. Resetting a password, by the way, leaves restrictions, expired offers and document requests exactly as they were.
When VegasNow login fails: read the screen, then act
The message on screen, or the lack of one, tells you which kind of problem you have. These rows are patterns rather than a diagnosis. Only our team can see what the account record says.
| What happens | What it usually points to | Your next move |
|---|---|---|
| The page never loads, or loads blank | A browser, connection or access issue before your details are checked | Try a fresh tab, then another browser; write down the address and any error |
| The form empties and reloads after you submit | Blocked cookies or a browser extension getting in the way | Allow cookies for the site, pause ad blockers for it, try a private window as a test |
| Password not recognised | A typo, caps lock, or autofill entering an old password | Type it once by hand; if it still fails, use Forgot Password |
| Email not recognised | You joined with a different address | Try Forgot Password with each address you own; do not open a second account |
| No reset email | The wrong inbox, filtering, or a mistyped address on the reset form | Search every folder, then give support the time you asked |
| Restricted, suspended or closed account | A status on the account record | Ask support what the status is; resetting the password will not change it |
| The lobby opens but a single title refuses to load | A game or provider fault, not your login | Report that title with the time it failed |
| Signed in through the Home Screen icon but not in the browser tab | A saved web app can keep its own session | Sign in once inside each; that is normal behaviour |
Coming back to VegasNow after a long break
Returning players hit a few problems that new ones never do. The biggest is the temptation to open a fresh account because the old details are hazy. Please do not. Under our terms each person keeps a single account, and duplicates tend to stall bonuses and payouts. Try Forgot Password with each address you might have chosen, then ask support to search before you register anything.
Dormancy is worth a question too. The English terms snapshot (version 2.3, 20 January 2024) describes an account turning dormant after 120 days without activity, with a possible monthly EUR 10 fee while a positive balance remains. A separate AU document of the same version gives 12 months. Because those two texts differ, ask our team which one governs your account if you left money behind.
Before depositing again, confirm that the inbox still works, your payment methods are still in your name and your personal details are current; update anything that changed with support first. Old welcome stages will not be waiting, since each one lasts seven days.
Account security habits that protect your VegasNow login
A password used nowhere else
Let a password manager generate something long and random. Reuse is how a leak on one website becomes a break-in on another.
Guard the inbox behind it
Every reset link lands in your email. Give that mailbox its own strong password and switch on two-step sign-in if your email provider offers it.
Care on shared devices
On a family laptop or a library computer, decline the browser's offer to remember the password and sign out before you walk away.
Codes stay with you
Nobody on our team needs your password, a reset link or a one-time code. Anyone who asks for them is not following our process.
The @vegasnowcasino Instagram profile is a public social channel rather than a help desk, so account details and documents never belong in its direct messages.
Verification and KYC: what a successful VegasNow login does not settle
Joining, signing in and being verified are three separate things. Know-your-customer checks confirm that you are the account holder and that the payment methods on the account belong to you. We can request them at any point, and the first withdrawal is a common moment for it.
- Where: the Documents area of your profile, once you are signed in. Uploads and their status show there.
- What: whatever the request names. There is no universal checklist or approval deadline we can quote, so ask what must be visible on each file if the request is unclear.
- Own-name rule: every payment method must be yours. A partner's card fails here.
- Uploaded is not accepted: check the status after you upload and ask what is still outstanding.
- Safe channel: send identity files only through the route support specifies, never to an unfamiliar email address or a social account.
Our registration page shows how sign-up details are later matched against documents.
Logging in to VegasNow on a phone or from the Home Screen
Neither the App Store nor Google Play carries a verified VegasNow app, and an APK is never needed. Your phone signs in to the same account with the same details as your computer.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
Open the casino through our Log In button, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen and leave Open as Web App switched on where your iOS version offers it. Tap Add.
Android (Chrome)
Open the site, tap More (the three dots beside the address bar), then choose Install or Create shortcut. Older Chrome builds call it Add to Home screen.
Open the new icon once and check that it lands on vegasnow.com. If it lands anywhere else, delete it and start again from the genuine page. Expect the icon to ask you to sign in once on its own. It loads the same website, so no restriction is bypassed. See our mobile access page.
The licence behind the VegasNow sign-in screen
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 160603. The Curaçao Gaming Authority granted licence OGL/2024/164/0246 on 13 August 2024, and the public record shows it as Active. Note that company name. If you ever need to raise a formal query, it is the entity to address. The licensing page sets out the full record.
Access also rests on meeting our account terms, 18+ included. A page that never reaches the form is a different problem from a refused password, and a recovery request leaves access restrictions unchanged.
If you are signing in because you want to stop, the tools that act on this account are the deposit limits and self-exclusion inside it, or a request to support. BetStop is the national register for Australian-licensed wagering providers, so use our own self-exclusion for your VegasNow account as well. For confidential support, ring Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858); our responsible gambling page lists every tool.
After you sign in: what each VegasNow account task needs
Each task you sign in for has its own prerequisite in our FAQ or terms.
| Task | What applies | Have this ready |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit | Method in your own name; card and MiFinity from A$30, Cashtocode from A$25, card deposits up to A$10,000; crypto minimums set per coin | An amount above the method's floor, not only the A$20 offer minimum |
| Welcome stage 2, 3 or 4 | Codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4; one active bonus at a time | The right code for the stage, entered with the deposit |
| Verification | Documents area of your profile | The exact documents the request names |
| Withdrawal | Requested in My Account; each deposit should be wagered 3× first, or a refusal or fee is possible; bank wire takes A$300 to A$6,000 per request, MiFinity A$30 to A$4,000 | A balance inside the chosen method's range |
| Limits or self-exclusion | Inside your account, or by request to support | A figure you chose before the session started |
Worked example: signing back in halfway through a bonus
Say your third deposit was A$220 with code VEGAS3. The 50% match adds A$110 in bonus funds, and 40× wagering makes the target A$4,400, all within seven days of the offer. Before you signed out you had staked A$1,650 on pokies, which count at 100%, and A$400 on roulette, which counts at 25%, so A$100. That is A$1,750 counted, leaving A$2,650. At A$5 a spin, comfortably under the A$8 cap, you would need 530 more spins. Switching to blackjack would be slow going: at 10%, A$100 of blackjack bets clears only A$10.
The 50 free spins from that stage are released after the A$220 deposit has been wagered once, and anything they win also carries 40× wagering. The welcome bonus page lists every stage, and the withdrawals page covers caps and method ranges.
What to send VegasNow support when you still cannot sign in
Write to [email protected], ideally from the registered address, or open live chat in the casino. Fill in the brackets with your own facts:
Subject: sign-in problem, [registered email]. I reach the VegasNow sign-in screen at vegasnow.com on [device and browser]. After submitting my details I see: [exact wording]. This started around [time and time zone]. I requested Forgot Password at [time] and the email [arrived / did not arrive]. I [can / can no longer] open the registered inbox. Which recovery step applies to my account?
| Put in the message | Leave out of the message |
|---|---|
| The exact error text, or a cropped screenshot of it | Your password, old or new |
| Time and time zone of the failure | Reset links and one-time codes |
| Device and browser | Full card numbers |
| Whether the registered inbox still works | ID documents, unless we ask through a secure route |
| Any existing case reference | Unrelated complaints that blur the timeline |
Stay in one thread, and carry the case reference across if you move between chat and email. We publish no fixed reply time; asking for the reference and the next step works better than repeating the request everywhere. The support page has payment and bonus templates.
Login slips that turn a small VegasNow problem into a long one
- Opening a second account instead of recovering the first. It creates a new problem without fixing the old one.
- Following a sign-in link from a message. Use our button or your bookmark, then check the address.
- Letting the registered email lapse when you change providers. Update the address with us while you can still receive our confirmation.
- Reading a login as clearance to withdraw. Verification and the 3× deposit rule are separate checks.
- Staking above A$8 with a bonus running. The cap applies from the first round.
- Requesting reset after reset in quick succession, then clicking an older link that may have stopped working.
VegasNow login: questions and answers
Does pressing Log In on this site sign me in?
No. Our button takes you to the sign-in screen on vegasnow.com. You choose Log In there and enter your details. Arriving on the page and proving who you are are two different steps.
I cannot remember which email I joined with. What should I do?
Try Forgot Password with every address you might have used. If none of them produces a reset email, contact support with your name and the addresses you tried, and ask us to look for the account. Please do not register again in the meantime.
Will VegasNow support ever ask for my password?
Never. We can look into any problem without your password, a reset link or a one-time code. Whoever asks for those is not following our process, whatever they call themselves.
Is there a VegasNow app I can sign in through?
There is no verified App Store or Google Play app and no APK. Use your phone's browser, or save the site to your Home Screen through Safari's Share menu or Chrome's three-dot menu. The icon opens the same sign-in screen.
Why can I sign in but not withdraw yet?
A login does not clear an account for withdrawal. We may ask for verification documents, each deposit must be wagered three times under our terms, and the amount has to fit the method's range, from A$30 for MiFinity or A$300 for bank wire.
My bonus was gone when I logged back in. Can a reset bring it back?
No. Each welcome stage is valid for seven days from the offer, and the clock keeps running while you are signed out. A password change does not touch bonus status. If you think a bonus ended early, ask support which condition applied.
I want to stop playing. Should I just stop logging in?
A firmer step is to set deposit limits or self-exclusion in your account, or ask support to apply an exclusion. For confidential help, Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858.
Does the Curaçao licence mean I may sign in from anywhere?
Licence OGL/2024/164/0246 is the regulatory basis for the casino, held by Just Entertainment B.V. Signing in still depends on meeting our account terms, including being 18 or older and using the account only where permitted.
