VegasNow customer support: getting the right answer the first time
Questions about your VegasNow account, from a refused password to a withdrawal under review, go to one customer care desk, reached by live chat inside the site or by writing to [email protected]. Below we match each channel to the jobs it handles well, set out what a first message should contain, explain which outside organisations deal with what, and show how to push a case further when an answer falls short. We make no promise about reply times; the aim is a case that moves without a second round of questions.

How VegasNow support is organised
There are two published ways in. One is the live chat entry inside the site; the other is a message to [email protected]. Either one lands with the same customer care desk, so you are choosing a format, not a different team. The table matches common needs to a starting point.
| What you need | Sensible first route | Have this ready |
|---|---|---|
| A quick question before depositing, such as which code a stage needs | Live chat | The offer name or stage number |
| Sign-in trouble | Live chat, or email if you cannot reach the site | The exact on-screen message and your device and browser |
| A deposit that has not appeared | Either; email keeps a tidy record | Provider reference, amount, time and time zone |
| A withdrawal question | Either, quoting the request reference | Request reference, amount and the status shown |
| A missing bonus or free spins | Live chat first | Deposit reference and the code you entered |
| A document request you do not understand | Either | The wording of the request |
| A complaint about an earlier answer | The existing case reference and a short timeline | |
| Limits, closure or self-exclusion | Account settings, or either channel | Which of the three you want and from when |
Accounts are for adults 18+ only.
Chat window or [email protected]: choosing your VegasNow channel
Neither channel is better in general. They are good at different things, and plenty of cases start in chat and finish by email.
| Point of comparison | Live chat | Email: [email protected] |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lives | The Live Support entry inside the site | Your own mail app, ideally sent from the address on your account |
| Suits | Short questions, a status check, where to find a setting, which code applies | Cases with a timeline, several references to quote, formal complaints |
| Your record | Copy the case reference and note the date; save what was agreed | The thread itself is the record; keep replies in one chain |
| Identity documents | Not by default; ask which secure upload route applies | Not by default; ask which secure upload route applies |
| Reply timing | No fixed time is published | No fixed time is published |
A practical habit: if a chat ends with "we will look into it", ask for the case reference before closing the window. If you later follow up by email, put that reference in the subject line so the two halves of the case stay joined.
Is it really VegasNow? Checking a contact before you answer it
Our published support address is [email protected], and our terms name it. Compare any address you are given against that, character by character, especially if it reached you in a message you did not ask for. A lookalike domain with one extra letter is a different organisation.
- Never share your password, a password-reset link, a one-time code or a full card number. Our team does not need any of them to look at your account.
- Documents go through the secure route your account shows, not into a chat box or a stranger's inbox. When in doubt, ask support which route a request expects.
- Social media. We publish an Instagram profile, @vegasnowcasino. It is a public channel, not a help desk, so keep account details out of its inbox.
- Phone calls. Our published support routes are chat and email. Our sportsbook rules do allow a phone verification step, but no genuine check needs your password, a one-time code or a full card number. If a caller asks for those, end the call and contact us through chat or email.
Our licensing page shows how to confirm that the site you are on matches the domains listed under our Curaçao licence.
What to put in a first VegasNow message
Most delays come from missing basics rather than from the problem itself. A first message that answers the obvious follow-up questions saves a round trip. Start with the email on your account, one line saying what went wrong, and any existing case reference. Then add the details for your issue type:
| Issue | Include | Leave out |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in | Exact error text, the screen it appears on, device, browser, whether the registered inbox still works | Your password |
| Deposit | Provider reference, A$ amount, the time with its time zone, and the status at both ends | Full card number |
| Withdrawal | Request reference, amount, submission time, current status | Unrelated bonus questions |
| Bonus or spins | Offer name, deposit reference, code entered, what is missing | General complaints with no transaction |
| Documents | The original request, the upload acknowledgement, any rejection wording | Copies of documents nobody asked for |
| Game fault | Game title, provider, time, any round or transaction reference | Guesses about the cause |
| Closure or exclusion | A plain request and the scope you want | Anything about promotions |
Can't sign in to VegasNow? Describe where it stops
"I can't log in" covers three different problems: the page not loading, the password being refused, or the account itself being restricted. Each needs a different fix, so tell us which one you are seeing.
Try the Forgot Password link on our sign-in screen first. If the recovery email does not arrive, check spam and filtered folders and note when you asked for it. Then, if you still need us, a message shaped like this works well:
You will not find a VegasNow listing in either app store to reinstall. VegasNow opens in the mobile browser, and you can pin it to your Home Screen, so an absent store listing is not a fault to report. Our login page covers recovery in more detail.
Money questions: tell VegasNow which stage you are asking about
"My withdrawal is late" gives support very little to work with. A withdrawal passes through distinct stages, and each has its own owner:
- Requested: you submitted it and have a reference.
- Under review: we may be checking wagering, documents or the payment route.
- Approved: it has passed our checks.
- Sent: it has left us and is with the payment provider.
- Received: the provider has credited you.
Name the stage, quote the reference and ask who holds the next step. If you were given an update date and it has passed, quote that date and ask for the current position rather than starting a new case. Large amounts may be paid in instalments, which can look like a missing payment if you are not expecting it.
For deposits, compare what your bank or wallet shows with what your VegasNow account shows. With crypto, add the transaction hash and the network you sent on, because a coin name alone does not identify the network. "Completed" at the provider and "not credited" with us is a precise question support can trace. Do not repeat a payment because a page failed to refresh; first find out whether the first one landed. Method ranges are on our withdrawals page.
Offers and ID checks: ask which VegasNow condition applies
For a bonus question, say which offer you expected and which deposit should have triggered it. Then put two questions: did that deposit qualify, and if it did not, which condition stopped it? "My bonus is missing" leaves out the stage, the code and the timing, which are usually where the answer sits.
For a document request, ask what the file needs to show, which parts must be readable, what you may black out, and where it should be uploaded. Keep the upload acknowledgement. We may have turned a photo down, never received the file, or asked for an extra document; each calls for a different reply, so say which one you are dealing with.
Our promo codes page lists the code for each welcome stage, and the registration page explains how sign-up differs from identity checks that come later.
Rules that often answer the question before you write
Many support cases turn out to involve a rule we have already published. Checking first either settles it or tells you exactly which clause to ask about. These figures come from our AU promotions and payment pages, the bonus terms of 26 February 2024 and version 2.3 of our general terms; the wording shown in your own account governs.
| What you are seeing | Published rule to check |
|---|---|
| Deposit made, no match bonus | Each welcome offer needs at least A$20, but the method minimum comes first: card and MiFinity deposits start at A$30, Cashtocode at A$25. Stages two to four need VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4. |
| A new bonus will not start | The terms allow a single active bonus, so a second one waits. |
| Match credited, spins missing | Free spins arrive after the deposit is wagered once, then have their own activation period. |
| Bonus gone from the balance | Bonus validity is 7 days. |
| Winnings reduced at cash-out | Bonus winnings cap at A$5,000 per offer; welcome free-spin winnings at A$300. The maximum bet while wagering is A$8. |
| Withdrawal refused or charged | Deposits must be wagered three times first, or a refusal or processing fee can apply. |
| Bank withdrawal will not submit | Bank routes (Inpay, PayAnyBank, Wire) accept between A$300 and A$6,000 a request, MiFinity between A$30 and A$4,000, and each coin has its own range, such as a 20 USDT minimum. |
| Second large withdrawal blocked | Account ceilings: A$42,000 per month, A$12,000 per week and A$6,000 per day, all in UTC calendar periods. |
If a rule clearly applies and you disagree with how it was used, say so and quote it. That is a stronger message than one that asks why something happened.
Worked example: VEGAS4 deposit, spins not showing
Suppose your fourth deposit is A$220 by MiFinity with code VEGAS4. The fourth stage is a 25% match up to A$2,500 plus 200 free spins, so the match comes to A$220 × 25% = A$55, and it appears. The 200 spins do not. Before writing, work through four questions:
- Has the A$220 been wagered once? Each stage holds its spins back until the deposit has gone through once, so A$220 of play comes first.
- Is another bonus still active? If the third-stage offer was still running, the fourth cannot sit beside it.
- Has the activation period passed? Spins have their own window, separate from the 7 days on the match.
- Did the bets respect the A$8 cap? A larger stake during wagering can affect the bonus.
If the answers are yes, no, no and yes, write: "Fourth deposit [reference], A$220 by MiFinity at [time and time zone], code VEGAS4. The A$55 match is showing. I have wagered the deposit once, but the 200 free spins have not been credited. Please confirm whether anything else is outstanding."
Know what comes next as well. The A$55 carries 40× wagering, which is A$2,200 of qualifying play, and spin winnings carry their own 40× with an A$300 cap on what they can return. If those numbers do not suit you, you can say you would rather decline the bonus, which is simpler to sort out now than in a dispute later.
Worked example: an A$160 withdrawal that meets two rules at once
Suppose you deposit A$110 by card, take no bonus, play A$250 in total and finish with A$160. You ask for a bank transfer of A$160 through PayAnyBank, and it will not go through. Two separate published rules are involved, and neither is a delay:
| Check | The numbers | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Three-times deposit wagering | A$110 × 3 = A$330 required; A$250 played | A$80 short, so refusal or a processing fee can apply |
| Bank transfer range | Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire start at A$300 | A$160 is below the floor |
| Other routes | Card is not in the AU withdrawal table; MiFinity runs A$30 to A$4,000 | Ask which route your account can use |
Do not stake the missing A$80 simply to unlock the payout. Doing so swaps a payment problem for a betting decision. Instead, ask: "Balance A$160 after an A$110 card deposit, A$250 played. The bank route will not accept the amount. Which withdrawal method is available to this account, and does the three-times rule mean a refusal or a fee in my case?" Keep both answers under one case reference, and treat any verification request as a third, separate item.
Who can act on what: VegasNow, your provider and outside bodies
A problem sent to the wrong organisation waits for nothing. This table shows who can actually act on each part of a case.
| Who | What they can deal with | How to reach them |
|---|---|---|
| VegasNow customer care | Account access, balances, verification, bonus credit, withdrawal stages, limits, closure and self-exclusion | Live chat in the site or [email protected] |
| Your payment provider (card issuer, bank, MiFinity, Cashtocode, crypto wallet) | Their side of the transfer, their fees, currency conversion | Their own support and statement |
| Curaçao Gaming Authority | Keeps the public record of our licence: holder Just Entertainment B.V., number OGL/2024/164/0246, approved domain vegasnow.com | The public validator; check its own complaint scope first |
| Just Entertainment B.V. | The licence holder (Curaçao company number 160603); the name to use in a formal complaint | Through our support channels, quoting the licence number |
| Gambling Help Online | Free, confidential support if gambling is causing harm | Phone 1800 858 858, or the website gamblinghelponline.org.au |
| BetStop | Australia's national register for opting out of locally licensed wagering providers; a Curaçao-licensed account like ours sits outside it | betstop.gov.au |
| This website | Explains our offers, rules and contact routes | It cannot see or change your account; that lives on vegasnow.com |
Our payment information says we cover our own deposit costs, while provider fees may apply and provider withdrawal fees fall to the customer. A charge on your statement is therefore often a question for the provider, not for us.
Escalating a VegasNow complaint, step by step
Under our published terms, a complaint starts with customer support, which reviews it internally. No outcome or deadline is attached to that process, so the goal is a case that is easy to follow.
Stay in the same case
Reply under the existing reference. Quote the earlier answer and state the one question it did not settle. Leave unrelated issues for a separate message.
Ask for formal handling
Say you want the matter treated as a complaint, request a complaint number and ask what the review involves next.
Set out the facts
List dates, transaction references, the clause involved and the outcome you are asking for. Address it to Just Entertainment B.V., quote OGL/2024/164/0246 and give the date printed on whichever terms you cite.
Look outward only after that
If you consider an outside complaint, read that body's own scope and eligibility rules first. A licence entry identifies the holder. It is not an undertaking to pay anyone.
Keep every reply in one thread and your own short timeline beside it. A reviewer who can follow the history in two minutes is more likely to deal with the actual point. Three habits slow a complaint down more than anything else: opening a fresh ticket for each follow-up, folding several unrelated issues into one message, and sending the same evidence through chat and email without linking the two.
Limits, closure and self-exclusion through VegasNow support
Limit, closure, self-exclusion: each is its own request with its own effect. Say which one you want, the account it covers and when it should start, then ask us to confirm in writing what it covers and when it begins. Keep that acknowledgement, and keep the request free of any question about promotions. Under section 8.4 of our general terms, crypto deposits fall outside deposit limits, so ask what a limit will and will not catch before relying on it.
When gambling has started to hurt, Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858, free and in confidence, at any hour. BetStop lets you exclude yourself from Australian-licensed wagering providers in one registration; our licence is from Curaçao, so signing up there leaves your VegasNow account open, and our own self-exclusion is the tool that closes it. A support chat is never the place for encouragement to top up or chase losses, and ours should not offer it.
Our responsible gambling page lists the tools and services in full.
VegasNow support: questions and answers
How do I reach VegasNow live chat?
Open the Live Support entry inside the site. If you cannot reach the site at all, email [email protected] instead and mention that chat was unavailable.
What is the VegasNow support email address?
[email protected]. Send from the email registered on your account where you can, so the team can match the message to you without extra questions.
How long does a VegasNow support reply take?
No set turnaround is published. Request a case number and the date of the next update, and quote that number whenever you follow up.
Is there a phone number for VegasNow account support?
The routes we publish for account help are chat and email. The only number on this page belongs to Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858, a separate service for gambling harm.
What should I never include in a support message?
Complete card numbers, passwords, reset links, one-time codes and documents nobody has asked for. A reference number and a clear description are enough to start.
Can I email my ID documents to VegasNow?
Use the secure upload route your account shows. If a request is unclear, ask support which route and which details it needs before sending anything.
Can this website see my VegasNow balance?
No. These pages explain our offers, rules and contact routes. Your balance, transactions and documents sit in your VegasNow account on vegasnow.com.
Whose name goes on a formal VegasNow complaint?
Address it to Just Entertainment B.V., registered in Curaçao under number 160603, which holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and cite the date on the terms you are quoting.
Should I send the same problem through chat and email?
Only if you link them. Put the existing case reference in the new message so it is read as a follow-up, not a fresh case.
How do I close or exclude my VegasNow account?
Use the tools in your account or ask support, stating whether you want a limit, a closure or a self-exclusion. Ask us to confirm in writing what it covers and the day it starts.
