The VegasNow licence, and what it means for Australians
VegasNow is run by a Curaçao company, and its permission to operate sits on a public certificate anyone can open. Below are the fields on that record, the one address it approves for real-money play, and what the licence changes, or leaves alone, for an adult in Australia.

Reading the token 246 certificate field by field
Go there yourself
Type cert.cga.cw or tap the link above. A seal pasted onto a page is a picture, not a record.
Match the reference
Read OGL/2024/164/0246 character by character. One altered digit points to someone else's permission.
Match the holder
Expect Just Entertainment B.V., register entry 160603: the party answerable for the licence.
Check status and domains
Look for Active, then find vegasnow.com in the approved list and compare it with the address bar of any page asking for your card.
The record gives no ownership history, player numbers or payout statistics. It tells you who holds the permission, from when, and for which addresses.
Why this guide site shows no VegasNow licence seal
A Curaçao licence attaches to a named company and the domains printed under it. vegasnow.com is listed; vegas-now-casinos-aussie.com is not. This site explains the lobby, offers and rules in Australian terms, but it holds no balances, takes no deposits and has no sign-in form, so we show no regulator badge as if the certificate named it.
Our buttons hand you over to vegasnow.com. Confirm that exact address before typing a password. The about page explains who writes these guides.
What the Curaçao licence settles for an Australian player
The certificate is firm evidence on a narrow question. It is not an endorsement of everything inside an account.
| Question | The licence says | Settled elsewhere |
|---|---|---|
| Who answers for the casino? | Just Entertainment B.V. | History beyond the holder line is not published |
| Is it an Australian licence? | No, it is issued in Curaçao | Play from 18 and only where permitted, per our terms; whether that includes your location is for you to check |
| Can BetStop block my account? | No; BetStop covers Australian-licensed wagering providers | Self-exclusion inside your VegasNow account or through support |
| Who hears a dispute? | It names the company concerned | Customer support reviews complaints internally, with no set outcome |
| Is bonus money cash? | Silent | Bonus terms: 40× wagering, 7 days, A$8 top bet |
So the record identifies the operator and its address; payment and bonus rules live in the terms, covered on our legit check.
VegasNow sports betting sits under the same record
The Sports, In-Play, Virtual Sports and Esports tabs trade under OGL/2024/164/0246 too, sharing the casino's account, deposit limits and self-exclusion. Under the Sportsbook Rules, each deposit is bet three times unless stated otherwise, verifying documents can run to 30 days, and a betting review to 180. Casino welcome funds cannot go on sport. See the sports betting page.
Spotting a copycat that borrows the VegasNow name
Colours and screenshots copy easily. Details a lookalike cannot change usually give it away:
- It takes deposits on an address absent from the approved list.
- Its badge links nowhere, or to another token or company.
- Its welcome deal is not four deposits totalling A$8,000 and 500 spins at most, or uses codes other than VEGAS2 to VEGAS4.
- Support comes from somewhere other than [email protected].
- It pushes an APK; VegasNow runs in the phone browser.
- It lists PayID, POLi or Neosurf, none of which is in our AU cashier, or sells a no-deposit code as ours.
A deposit taken by another brand's page belongs to that brand, and we cannot trace it.
Worked example: testing an offer against the real VegasNow terms
A message shows a VegasNow first-deposit deal and you plan to pay in A$220. Our published first stage gives:
- Match: 150% of A$220 is A$330, inside the A$1,500 cap.
- Wagering: 40 × A$330 is A$13,200, due within 7 days.
- Pace: at A$8 a bet, at least 1,650 bets.
- Spins: 200, released after the A$220 is wagered once; spin winnings stop at A$300.
Another percentage, a smaller multiplier, no time limit or a first-deposit code means the page is not quoting us. Our welcome bonus page details each stage.
The VegasNow licence position in November 2026, and how to quote it
This month the certificate reads Active, dates the grant to 13 August 2024 and lists vegasnow.com. In a formal query, name the holder, the reference and that domain together, plus your account email and case number. Begin with live chat or [email protected]; our terms send complaints to customer support for internal review, without promising a result or reply time. The support page shows how to frame it. VegasNow is strictly 18+.
VegasNow licensing: your questions answered
Which company holds the VegasNow licence?
The holder is Just Entertainment B.V., registered in Curaçao under entry 160603. Ownership history beyond that name is not part of the certificate.
Is vegas-now-casinos-aussie.com itself licensed?
No. This is our Australian guide site, and the approved list does not include it. Accounts and real-money games are on vegasnow.com, which is.
Does BetStop cover a VegasNow account?
No. BetStop registers wagering providers licensed in Australia, and VegasNow's licence is from Curaçao. Exclude yourself through your VegasNow account settings or by writing to support.
Where can I see today's licence status?
On the token 246 certificate's status line. That page outranks anything we publish, including this one.
